Real Time with Bill Maher was forced to vacate their studio at the onset of Covid-19 and shoot the entire show from Bill's residence in Beverly Hills for the next five months. I was hired as a one-man-band, to handle cinematography, camera operating, and lighting for the production. Joined only by the director, Paul Casey, and show-runner, Dean Johnson, the four of us pulled off a successful A-list show week after week, and it is one of my proudest achievements. I even made a cameo in their year-end retrospective.

The Great Ghost Challenge is a reality show that shot its first season at the infamous Calico Ghost Town. I was hired as BTS cinematographer to capture the story of how this unusual show was made. I spent two weeks on site shooting not only the behind the scenes action, but the vibe and personality of the town itself. It all came together in this beautiful “Making Of” piece.

Oil and Water, an award winning short film written and directed by Bethany Guerrero, tells the tale of two estranged sisters burying a very old hatchet. As DP and operator, I had a minimal budget at my disposal to visually bring this story to life. The clip to the right highlights a few choice moments.

Growing Revenue Through the Customer Journey is an eight-episode premium business education course that can be found on Pareto Labs' library of practical MBA courses. I ran multiple cameras at times for this and many other courses, as well as design the graphics packages.

Waterkeeper Alliance holds a fundraiser each year to help protect America's waterways. For their "Keep It Clean" campaign, I shot a number of A-list comedians getting together for a night of comedy. The resulting trailer ad turned out very nicely.

Building an Operating Model is another of Pareto Labs' business education courses that can be found on their website paretolabs.com. I shot this on green screen and performed the post production graphic design.

Below are several more examples of my work for various clients over the years. I hope these serve to demonstrate not only the diversity in style I've been able to achieve, but also how much I enjoyed creating each of them. Enjoy!
