C. Drew Unser - VFX / Graphics Producer

Having relocated to the Los Angeles area, I am currently seeking further professional opportunities as an editor and graphics producer in television and film.

My background includes five years of television experience as video editor, producer, technical director, and camera operator.  In 2008 I was honored to win the Mid-America Emmy Award for best historical documentary, Seeking Freedom, a production to which I contributed my talents as lead editor.  Three additional projects, which I have edited, produced, or directed, have been nominated, as well.  Please see my Resumé for a complete list of credits.
I have used Final Cut Pro 7 for most of my editing over the years and I am very familiar with the software.  I'm also familiar with Compressor software as most of my broadcast work is also posted on the web.  Photoshop, Live Type, and Aftereffects are other programs I have frequently relied on for building graphic opens, name chyrons, and credits.  

Personally, I am sharp, very organized, creative, flexible, and fun to work with.  I take direction easily, but can also give direction effectively when the situation calls for it.  Working within strict budgetary parameters over the past five years, my projects have all been completed ahead of deadline, meeting all expectations for quality.
